Cette cuvée et née de l’idée d’exprimer toute la quintessence du terroir et la pureté du fruit, sans artifices. L’assemblage des vins issus d’une sélection parcellaire méticuleuse ont permis à Jérôme Gouin de composer une cuvée qui représente selon lui l’esprit de son terroir, et qu’il a choisi de ne pas imprégner d’arômes boisés en effectuant l’élevage dans des cuves souterraines en béton.
